To become punctual regarding the schedule I plan, but struggle to apply it exactly

Tahajjud: 5 am (15 mins)
Plan the day: 5:15 am (15 mins)
Gym/weekly review on Monday: 7:15 - 8:15 am
1 hour Nap after zohr
Checking all WhatsApp unread messages of the day 15 mins before taking off
9 pm till sleep: family time only
Flexible:
- 0.5 hours for other Life/home Tasks
- 0.5 hours aqeeda class/tarjuma class/
- 15 mins hifz amma para and zikr
