Formula of Rizq | Class 3
1. Value Exchange & Fair Dealings
- Not paying others fairly breaks the value exchange system.
- When you delay or deny payments, you disrupt barakah in rizq.
- Action: Clear all pending payments immediately.
2. Sadaqah System (Unseen but Real)
- Sadaqah is a real system even if we cannot fully understand how it works.
- If you avoid sadaqah just to "save for bad days," remember: bad days will come anyway.
- Without Allah’s help, savings alone will not protect you.
3. Loss of Trust & Reputation
- When you don’t deal fairly, people stop liking or trusting you.
- Clients and partners sense shortcuts in your:
- Even if hidden, manipulation eventually becomes visible.
4. Haram & Manipulated Earnings
- Earnings through manipulation, shortcuts, or black money remove barakah.
- Such income damages character, confidence, and long-term growth.
5. Arrogance Blocks Growth
- Shortcut success creates arrogance.
- Clients feel you won’t evolve or improve.
- Result: people slowly cut you off.
6. Discipline Is a Rizq System
- Follow the natural daily system: Sleep at night and work during the day.
- Discipline maintains energy, clarity, and flow in life.
7. Hand Over Stress to Allah
- When facing emotional or other problems, don’t carry stress alone.
- Say: “Ya Allah, main chill kar raha hoon. Ye problem main aap ko deta hoon.”
- Allah changes the condition of hearts.
8. Mindset & Language Matters
- Avoid phrases like: “Ghalat ho gaya” ya “Kharab ho gaya"
- Outcomes depend on how you interpret events.
- Losses often lead to better opportunities.
9. Gratitude vs. Na-Shukri
- Avoid complaining and na-shukri.
- Lack of gratitude destroys peace of mind.
10. Self-Pity & Scarcity Mindset
- Words like “kaash” indicate self-pity.
- Scarcity mindset comes from weak faith.
- Strong belief in Allah removes fear.
11. Family & Social Capital
- Rizq is linked with social capital.
- Neglecting family reduces hidden opportunities, ideas, and leads.
- Network starts from: Home then family then friends.
- If you’re not good at home, growth outside is difficult.
12. Team & Relationships
- These principles don’t apply only to family.
- Teams, coworkers, and collaborators also matter.
13. Sin & Energy Drain
- Sin drains spiritual and mental energy.
- Less energy = less productivity and clarity.
14. Namaz & Flow of Rizq
- Risk and rizq work as a flow system.
- Leaving salah interrupts this flow.
- Namaz keeps the system aligned.
15. Umrah – Intention & Priority
- Dua: “Ya Allah, mujhe Umrah par jaane ke liye tayyar kar de.”
- Umrah is not a vacation.
