Sleep log:
- slept around at 1:40 AM
- woke up at 4:40 AM
Day start section:
- 4:40 β 7:50 AM β Refreshed myself, had Sehri, and prayed Fajr. Then I attened a online webner.
- 7:50 β 12:30 PM β Slept again.
- 12:30 β 2:00 PM β Made my bed, took a shower, and prayed Jumuβah Salah.
- 2:00 β 5:00 PM β Used Instagram for about 15 minutes, Skool_ Rewire Your Brain _ Train Your Subconscious Mind. After that, I watched a lesson on Learn Smart Freelancing about βWhat is your ICA?β and took notes. Then I prayed Asr Salah.
- 5:00 β 6:40 PM β After Asr, I watched a random video on YouTube for about 30 minutes, then I
helped my father with some housework. After that, I had Iftar and prayed Maghrib.
- 6:40 β 7:20 PM β Read a non-fiction book: Ikigai.
- 7:20 β 8:10 PM β Took a break and used Instagram. I felt a bit stuck or overwhelmed.
- 8:10 β 9:50 PM β Prayed Isha and Taraweeh.
- 9:50 β 10:30 PM β Had dinner and talked with some friends.
- 10:30 β 11:30 PM β Went outside with one of my brothers. He had a problem with his phone, and we fixed it.
- 11:30 β 12:20 AM β Made a to-do-ist for tomorrow and then wrote today's journal
Today's Important Tasks:
- Pray Salah, Fasting
- academics + non-fiction
- spend time with the skool community
- Watch videos from Skool (+ take notes), write a daily journal

- Maghrib: done
- Isha: done
- Tahajjud: missed

Waste time unconsciously or consciously, don't lose Energy by doing unnecessary things!
