Ma Sha Allah bhaii, Nice to see your journey. And thank you for sharing with us.
From learning to Earning, Team HNK Success Story
Assalamualaikm! Just want to share a joyful moment of our team with all of you🤍 We joined the community individually, but over time it became a turning point for us as a team. Day by day, we started receiving consistent value, and opportunities. We learned the fundamentals of bidding, understood the approval process, and most importantly, implemented everything step by step instead of just learning. Through proper guidance of @Haroon Khalil and the time they had given to us, we decided to move for live bidding. By applying what we were taught, our bidding finally got approved and that was a big milestone for us. After approval, we immediately started bidding, and soon we received our first major opportunity. We were provided with a client by @Haroon Khalil and even though we were new to handling such a responsibility, we chose to take the opportunity instead of letting fear stop us. A big thanks to @Hina Zaib who took that opportunity immediately without any fear or doubt. Direct communication played a key role here. We accepted the challenge, coordinated as a team, and managed the client professionally. We deeply understood the client’s niche, built a proper profile and workflow, provided timely updates, and managed everything with discipline and consistency. From Instagram management to editing and designing, every team member gave their best. Strong guidance and quality control helped us make the right decisions whether it was about execution, hiring, or improving our process, @Nida Jameel have every solution and motivation to sort out and glow up. She is always there to motivate and help members. That support made a huge difference. Special thanks to @Asim Irfan @Umair Bajwa @Muhammad Ahsan Latif @Aleeza Shahzadi and Of course, @Haroon Khalil who're available for us at every step.

Daily journal Day 6
📅Date: 16 February 2026 📅Day: Monday ➤One thing I want to remember about today: When I control my night, I become a different version of myself. ➤What time did I sleep last night, and when did I wake up? Slept: 2:00 AMWoke up: 12:00 PM ➤What data will I look up after a month or a year? How many days have I shown up, even when I wasn’t perfect ➤Reminders: Don’t blame anyone for my results. Fix time management. Discipline > mood. ➤Day Start Section ▸Most Important Tasks: - Attend academy - Study tafseer ▸What I don’t want to do today: - Waste hours on Instagram - Sleep too late again ➤Timeline - 2:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Slept - 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Breakfast, Instagram scrolling, household chores, lunch, family time, and got ready for the academy - 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Academy - 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM: Made dinner, ate with family, scrolled Instagram, cleaned kitchen - 11:00 PM – 12:00 AM: Watched community videos (Mental Mastery + Scholarship topic) - 12:00 AM – 1:20 AM: Tafseer (Surah Yunus Ayat 24, 25, 26) notes share krongi inshAllah - 1:20 AM – 1:45 AM: Book reading ➤Day Close Section ▸Wins of the Day: Completed my agenda, even if it was at night. ▸Mistakes / Learnings: - Instagram scrolling is still taking time - Sleep timing is still late - Nights are powerful for me; I use them well, but I must balance sleep 🧠 Reflection Today wasn’t perfect, but I stayed present. I got distracted during the day, yet I didn’t give up. Even at night, I completed my agenda and chose learning over wasting the whole day. I am learning that progress is not about perfect timing, it’s about showing up anyway. Not perfect. But present.

Ma Sha Allah, you are doing good. Btw, I had the same problem with Instagram. So, if you wanna reduce Instagram time You can set the time for how long you want to spend on your Instagram. To set a daily time limit on the Instagram app, go to your Profile, tap the three-line menu, select Your activity, then Time spent, and tap Daily limit to choose a duration (15 mins to 2 hours). You can even mute your disruptive notifications. These thing may help you too. Jazak-Allah

Freelancing vs Traditional Employment | Lec 05
● Freelancing or a Traditional Job? Freelancer: Income can fluctuate, but the potential for high earnings is significant. Employee: A stable, predictable salary with scheduled raises or promotions. ● How do you actually grow in your career? Freelancing: Limitless chances to learn new skills and work in diverse industries. Employment: Growth often follows a defined path based on the company’s needs. # As a freelancer, your day is your choice. You can work, go to the gym, meet friends—organize my schedule however I want.” # A traditional job usually has fixed working hours and structured routines. Your Primary Life Goal The main driver behind your career choice should be your priorities: flexibility, stability, earning potential, or something else. If Your Priority Is: - Maximum flexibility and control → Freelancing - Stability and benefits → Traditional job - Unlimited earning potential → Freelancing - A structured career path → Traditional job Which path truly aligns with the life you want to create?
