• Time or energy ko faidemand kaamon mein lagayein.
• Social media or unnecessary distractions ko limit karein.
• Har roz apni habits ka muhaseba (self-reflection) karein.
• Allah se hidayat or nafs par qaboo pane ki dua karein.
• Chhoti chhoti achi aadatein consistency ke sath badi tabdeeli laati hain.
• Apne nafs ko control karna duniya or aakhirat dono mein kamyabi ka zariya hai.
