Assalamu Alaikum! 🤍 • Subah 3 baje main so gayi thi. • 11 baje meri aankh khuli. • Uth kar maine apne test ki tayari ki. • Us ke baad maine thori der drama dekha. • Phir Jamia jane ka waqt ho gaya or hum taqriban 1 baje Jamia pohanch gaye. • 4 baje Jamia se chhutti hui. • Chhutti ke baad main Sehar ke saath pizza khane gayi. • Pizza kha kar taqriban 5 baje ghar wapas aa gayi. • Ghar aa kar maine kuch der phone use kiya. • Us ke baad maine mama ky sath help krwai Kamoo mai. • Phr Maine viedo editing ki class li. • lecture liye or notes banaye or post Kiya. • Jin logon ne mujhe comment di thi.. un sab ko maine replies bhi diye. • Or drama dakha ab mai daily journal likh rhi Hu phr Mai so gai..... 🤍 Alhamdulillah....aaj ka din isi tarah guzra. Allah Ta'ala se dua hai ke woh meri ilm mein barkat de, mujhe har din behtar banne ki taufeeq ata farmaye Ameen ✨ Allah Hafiz ✨

• Mental toughness comfort se nahi... challenges ka samna karne se banti hai. • Har mushkil se bhaagne ke bajaye us ka samna karna seekhein. • Apni excuses banana band karein or zimmedari qabool karein. • Discipline par focus karein..sirf motivation ka intezar na karein. • Har din thori si progress bhi qeemti hoti hai. • Apni emotions ko samjhein.. lekin unhein har faislay par haavi na hone dein. • Failures ko seekhne ka mauqa samjhein..haar nahi. • Mushkil kaam pehle karein or procrastination se bachein. • Apni company aisi rakhein jo aap ko behtar banaye. • Negative self-talk ki jagah positive or realistic soch apnayein. • Apni sehat, neend or routine ka khayal rakhein, Q ke strong mind ke liye healthy body bhi zaroori hai. • Allah par tawakkul rakhein... dua karein or har haal mein sabr or shukr ikhtiyar karein

• Apni khwahishon ko control karna self-discipline ki nishani hai. • Har khwahish ko foran poora karna zaroori nahi hota. • Soch samajh kar faislay karein... sirf emotions par nahi. • Sabr or self-control insaan ko mazboot banate hain. • Apne long-term goals ko temporary pleasures par tarjeeh dein. • Time or energy ko faidemand kaamon mein lagayein. • Social media or unnecessary distractions ko limit karein. • Har roz apni habits ka muhaseba (self-reflection) karein. • Allah se hidayat or nafs par qaboo pane ki dua karein. • Chhoti chhoti achi aadatein consistency ke sath badi tabdeeli laati hain. • Apne nafs ko control karna duniya or aakhirat dono mein kamyabi ka zariya hai. Yaad rakhein: Agar aap apni desires ko control nahi karte....to woh aap ki zindagi ko control karne lagti hain. 🤍
