✅How to Select a Perfect Job on Upwork?
Here are some key points-
1.The hire rate should be at least 60% or above ( Some clients post jobs just for fun or they just change their mind. So it’ll be a big risk if you consider this)
2. Check Project Average (PA) - it should be $250 or more (PA =Total spent ÷ Number of hires. For Ex. : $11k ÷ 22 persons = $500 )
3. Hourly rate should be at least $9 - $10.
4. Read job descriptions carefully (short descriptions or keywords like “Cash cow editor, YouTube Automation, LONG TERM”- are red flags❌. If you spot 3-4 red flags, skip the job.)
5. Look for good reviews.(If the reviews are good and the client paid them good amounts, then you are good to go)
6. Prefer clients from US/UK/Australia. (Avoid Asian countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh)
