Today I was starting off good. Or so I thought.
Made a delicious protein shake with almond milk, blueberries, cottage cheese and a scoop of protein powder. Blended and drank up because I was leaving late for work. Now my stomach is screaming!
57 years old and I just learned that you are suppose to sip protein over 30 minutes or more!
I guess I will try again tomorrow. 1/2 the amount of protein and sips!
