Holiday Workouts
Remember during the holidays you don't have to be perfect with your workouts but you still need to show up. Maybe it is 20 to 30 minutes but get something in everyday.
  1. You will feel better psychologically.
  2. You can work on your rehab assignments which will translate to you being in less pain over the holiday or at least take you mind off of worrying if something will happen.
  3. You temporarily conquer the Chimp mind.
  4. You won't feel like you have to make up ground in January.
Do what you can and don't judge yourself.
