Shadow Work
Listening Healing the Shadow Virtual Retreat was a salvation for me! This week was so huge with triggers. Now I can put light in the triggers and receive them with love and kindness. Hurts so much. I just want to binge eating or overthinking about all the decisions I “need” to make for my future. Today I’m going to be with emotions and feel them as never before.
