Prayer...

Hi All, So having grown up in a Catholic family - I have in my lots of stories about prayer - Iike I should be praying more...and at the same time, I'm doing the course, doing the meditations etc for the course, and wondering how does it all fit together?

My mind is a jumble about this - and would love to hear others thoughts. (And my ego is saying - this is a dumb question, you shouldn't put it here...doing it anyway.). Thanks all.
