Forgiving the capacity of others to receive me

In this forgiveness practice, something that has been a profound shift for me is forgiving the capacity of others to receive me. As a kid I felt this world as a painful lack of capacity to be loved, I'd get so wounded around rejection and all the many experiences of unskilled communication, and the dances of folks hiding their true selves. I felt that I had been abandoned in this world by God. As I transmute all my pain stories back to Truth and rest more fully in the bosom of heaven, in comes to me to release others from my demand on them to receive me in perfect love. As Heaven receives me in Love and as I forgive each contraction from love in myself, a mirror process of forgiving All of us is happening naturally 💞 previously I would want to tell someone off if they treated me unlovingly, now I send a prayer request to the great Beloved that that one be received in Heaven's love and release the need to act out in hurtfulness
