I'm on day three of my inaugural liquid fast. Has been a tad easier than I imagined, but have intermittently fasted previously.
Gotta admit, I am getting hunger pangs now. So, have a rump steak lined up for tea, and in the absence of my favoured course grain mustard, (been educated to the dangers of both mustard and seeds !), thought I'd give this a go, does sound yummy.
Have substituted the bell peppers with a red sweet pointed variety, and the Erythritol with coconut sugar.
