🔅It's Reflect Friday!🔅
Hello everyone! This week felt both hard and rewarding for me. I spent time teaching an outdoor art class at my daughter’s school, and there was something special about watching kids completely absorbed in creating. At the same time, being outdoors all day in the city kicked up some pretty intense allergies, and I’ve been feeling run down the rest of the week. It’s been a reminder that even when something is meaningful, it can still take a toll on the body. I’m also holding some excitement right now. I have a few opportunities coming up to facilitate live creative healing workshops locally, and it feels really good to imagine this work happening in my own community. So this week was a mix for me. Exhaustion, joy, gratitude, and anticipation. Here's some reflection prompts for you. If you’d like to share, you’re welcome to respond to one of these: - What felt both challenging and rewarding for you this week? - Where did you feel most alive or connected? - What are you ready to release as the weekend begins? Thank you for being here and for sharing this space with me 🤍

🦋 A Gentle Reflection for the Week 🦋
Happy Friday! This will be our weekly follow-up to "Sparkle Mondays" where we can pause, reflect and close out the week. Mondays give us a chance to arrive and get through the week and Fridays can help us reflect and let go. Before the weekend begins, take a moment to notice how this week felt for you. Take one slow breath in... and one slow breath out. Here are some reflection questions to help you get started: 🔅 What are you ready to release from the week? 🔅 What felt heavier than you expected? 🔅 What helped you get through? 🔅 Did you do anything creative to make your week easier? You can share in the comments or think about it quietly to yourself. If it helps you can take a second to check in below. How are you feeling?
