Mondays are often met with resistance. They arrive quietly after the weekend and ask us to shift back into routine before we’re ready. I’d love to shift that energy here. Instead of pushing through Monday, what if we treated it as a reset? A time to notice how we’re feeling and begin again without the pressure to do everything at once. Optional art journaling prompt: Take a blank page and write the word Today or Monday somewhere on the page. Pause for a moment and notice how your body feels right now. Without trying to fix or change anything, intuitively choose colors, marks, or shapes that reflect your current energy. If it feels right, you might add words or phrases that describe: • what you’re carrying into this week • what feels heavy • what feels supportive or steady There’s no right way to do this. You don’t need to fill the page or make sense of it... just let the process be intuitive and simple.
