Had a chill week… I was attending a conference so I couldn’t do much basketball.
I only played a pickup game on Saturday…
Things I need to work on

M-W-F (shooting)
FORM AND TECHNIQUE/Footwork
- one handed form shots (3 spots x 20)
- form shots (3 spots x 20)
- side backboard (10 in a row)
- ladder drill (down and back)
- ladder drill + 1-2 step (down and back)
T-T-S (shooting)
Footwork/quick release (tip: shoot as fast as you can in every drill and focus on your feet)
- catch and shoot form shots (3 spots x 20)
- ladder drill + 1-2 step (down and back)
- elbow pull-ups (20 on each side)
- baseline pull-ups (20 on each side)
- catch and shoot corner 3‘s (10 makes total)
END ALL WORKOUTS WITH 10 MADE FREE-THROWS IN A ROW
