Shooting Drill
At the end of your workout, finish with 10 made 3s. If you make it, go to the opposite corner, if you miss you must finish with a layup before going to the next spot. Go at game speed until you make 10 shots.

Had a chill week… I was attending a conference so I couldn’t do much basketball. I only played a pickup game on Saturday… Things I need to work on 1. passes (accuracy) 2. shooting (quick release/footwork) 3. floor awareness (offensively) What im working this week Week 1 M-W-F (shooting) FORM AND TECHNIQUE/Footwork - one handed form shots (3 spots x 20) - form shots (3 spots x 20) - side backboard (10 in a row) - ladder drill (down and back) - ladder drill + 1-2 step (down and back) T-T-S (shooting) Footwork/quick release (tip: shoot as fast as you can in every drill and focus on your feet) - catch and shoot form shots (3 spots x 20) - ladder drill + 1-2 step (down and back) - elbow pull-ups (20 on each side) - baseline pull-ups (20 on each side) - catch and shoot corner 3‘s (10 makes total) END ALL WORKOUTS WITH 10 MADE FREE-THROWS IN A ROW

I want to know one thing…that will LEVEL UP your training. I want to know, what will you do this week that will LEVEL UP your training. For example: this week, I will only count my makes if they are swishes. I don’t want to be good, I want to be GREAT. I know it might be hard, but it will benefit your growth and development.

Today
What I did today was doing a lower body workout but I only did halfway done because I had to help my parents with smth but at least I did some work. Also, I did some ball handling , contested shooting and finishing. And I ate some good healthy food. What should I do tmrw because it’s my rest day tmrw?

anyone have any superstitions to get them locked in or is there any must haves in your pregame, freethrow, sleep routine etc even if it isnt supertitious?
