This is an even more ramped up conditioning test. It has some of the same, but is more intense with a mix of new drills! These are drills Kobe himself used to stay in shape. A few people asked about repeat numbers. Here’s the correct order: 1 -> 2 -> 3 -> Finisher, 10 minutes break, 3 -> 4 -> 5 -> Finisher. Done. Yes, it’s a lot, but being in shape is what really allowed me as well as other players to level up. Being in shape will keep you in games and get you more crucial minutes!
