Spot Shooting
In today's game, it doesn't matter what position you play, you HAVE to be able to shoot. In games you will find yourself in certain spots and positions, you have to be able to knock the 3 down from those areas. The better you can shoot, the easier it will be to get into the lane and ultimately the basket.
Tips: Stay low, stay in the triple threat position, use one motion, hold your follow through. Being a good shooter makes the game so much easier. Being an elite shooter makes the game yours.
