The meaning of "Namaste" π
Namaste means that I respectfully greet you.
It shows respect, humility,peace, and equality recognising the value of the other person.
It used as hello,goodbye,or a sign of respect.
It is also used at the end of yoga sessions to seal the practice and honor the connection between teacher and student,or self and others.
