Help.

How can I respond immediately after the examiner asks a question in the IELTS Speaking test, just like other candidates do? My problems are as follows:

1. I might not be able to hear the examiner's question clearly, or it may take me some time to come up with an answer because I need to mentally translate it.

2. How can I directly organize the answer I want to deliver orally and be able to blurt it out?
