Google Sheet x ChatGPT - Prompt Advice Needed

Could us an extra set of eyes on a ChatGPT prompt that I am using in Google Sheets to help me write a custom variable of location.

The prompt would need to analyze the leads city and state and suggest the largest known area/region that the company exists in. Example would be the town of Williamsburg, NY in the county of Brooklyn, NY would return New York City or Brooklyn and not Williamsburg which is too specific.

I'm using ChatGPT AI plugin with Google Sheets to clean a lot of data this is the next prompt I'm working.

Here's what I have so far...

=GPT("Review the city and state listed and suggest another location name that represents the city or towns closest well know area that it exists in. Only return the suggested name without any explanation",F40:G40).

It's kind of working and here's some of the data returned:

Warwick, Rhode Island -> Providence

Lombardi, Illinois -> Chicago

Madison, Connecticut -> New Haven

Rochester, New York -> Upstate New York

The trouble I see it having is when the City/State is already what the variable should be.

Any thoughts on how to improve?
