Email deliverability on larger scale personalized outreach

Ugh. Thought I was being clever with hyper-personalized videos… turns out Gmail wasn’t a fan 😅

Ended up in spam on 40% of the test batch.

Has anyone found a reliable way to personalize without killing deliverability?
