Are you a cold email expert looking to join the fastest growing cold email company in the industry?
ListKit, the B2B database SaaS tool, is now hiring for a Cold Email "Onboarding Specialist" to join the team to help new users get onboarded quickly & swiftly so they can start generating results from cold email campaigns!
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Host 1-on-1 onboarding calls with new users
- Book follow up calls with users who need more help
- Help users via email & Slack support
- Create guides and support articles
...and so much more!
This is a full-time position, 40+ hours per week.
Compensation includes base pay + performance-based bonuses! (and of course, lots of ListKit credits)
