Okay, time passes and I forget to post in here!
Life has been busy with work and raising two kids. David is.. well a 7 yr old boy. lol Riley is doing well. Sleep well and starting to really try to talk and just wants to be able to do something. She definitely teething! Hoping she keeps with the timeline of her brother and she will have a tooth at 4 months.. we shall see.
Had my follow up appt last week with my weight management Dr. we laughed, as my last appt with him was only a few weeks before I found out I was pregnant. But, he said my weight gain wasn’t horrible. We talked about a few of the glp-1s and what would be my best option. But, since insurance doesn’t cover these meds right now, those will be put to the side. So I am back on Phentermine and hopeful to have a good success with that like I did previously. I follow up again in a few months and go from there.
Starting to get pretty consistent and on a schedule with workouts! It feels good to be back.
