Happy Friday!
Got my workout in this morning! However,’it was cut short a few mins due to Riley waking up. Which is totally OKAY! I kind of knew she would be waking up, so I chose a workout that was a little shorter with the hopes of being able to finish all of it.
After some thought, I’ve decided to stop Chop Wood Carry Water for now. My body just isn’t ready for all the primal movements yet. How much I’d like to be there, I know I need to build up some more strength for it, and I just don’t feel comfortable yet with them. I’ve opted to go back to Dig Deeper for now and modify as I know I won’t be able to do the same weights that I did before. I’m starting with Dig Deeper 30, that way I can build up a little before going straight to 45-60 min workouts.
