Consistency
It feels good to be back into almost a normal routine now. I mean, some days it’s going to shift some, but for the most part Riley has been doing really well with sleeping through the night.
Dave is away last night and today, so I am solo momming it right now. My body naturally woke up at 3:30 this morning. Riley was still asleep, so I figured I’d might as well just get up and get my day going. Of course, at 4, she woke up 😆 but that’s okay! Because I knew she would. I checked on David, and sadly he had an accident at some point. Got him up to get changed and to change his sheets. He does so well now over nights, but we still have some accidents. And so, at about 4:40, I was able to get my workout in.
I know I didn’t put my entire all into it. And that’s mostly bc I have my period. The second one since Riley was born. And ugh, doesn’t suck! I swear the flow is so much worse than it was ever before. And I’ve been getting mild cramps. I have my annual gyno appt next month and I’m considering talking to her about options to get rid of it. lol I’m not opposed to it since we are completely done any kids. And I have no desire to go on birth control bc I don’t want it to mess with my hormones and the possibility of weight gain. So we shall see.
Anyways, happy Friday! Make today awesome!
