He saw how complicated it was to build a business online. So he created Skool, a platform that made it simple and fun. That’s product alignment: when your business is in sync with your story, your struggles, and your solutions. But here’s the part that blew me away about Sam personally. He obsessed over the product. He gave so much attention to customer feedback. He wasn’t just tweaking features, he was borderline obsessed with making it perfect, with delivering the best experience possible. Watching that made me think: Wow… this is why people succeed at that level. It wasn’t just vision. It was alignment + an almost ruthless dedication to product quality. And here’s why it matters: - A great product spreads naturally. - More importantly, it builds your confidence. When I’m on a sales call and see someone doubting whether to spend their savings, I genuinely want them to say yes. Not for me, for their future self. Because I believe in the product. That confidence is what convinces them. That energy makes or breaks the deal. Product alignment isn’t just strategy. It’s energy. It’s belief. And it’s the foundation.
