Sometimes we think that we need to slow down. Work a little less, take it easy. Honestly? Often the opposite is true. We're just not stepping up our game. We're not in full mastery, forgetting the basics. Although that's what I experienced myself. Instead of wanting to take 5 calls p/d thinking that my closing rate would be higher. Trying to get it back to 50% I realised that I needed to do the opposite. Take 8 calls p/d and actually go all-in, leaning into my potential. As a result, I had to level up myself. Take more care of my energy, like sleeping, eating, moving, better. Taking more care of my craft, like reviewing, training, presence.
