$100K p/m Is Easy, IF You Have These 3 Keys
8 weeks ago, I started working with a client stuck at $40K/month.
This month? He just hit $150K.
I’ve seen the same pattern with (Skool), (Kourse), and (Kubecraft).
The secret? It always comes down to 3 keys:
1️⃣ Product Alignment
2️⃣ Sales Conversion
3️⃣ Personal Brand
(Note: I haven’t hit $100K/month myself yet. These are lessons I’ve learned from working with creators who did.)
  1. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
Every single one of them built businesses close to who they are.
They’re essentially helping their past self.
(past owner of Consulting.com) went through everything we’re trying to accomplish today. He saw how complicated it was to build a business online. So he created Skool, a platform that made it simple and fun.
That’s product alignment: when your business is in sync with your story, your struggles, and your solutions.
But here’s the part that blew me away about Sam personally. He obsessed over the product.
He gave so much attention to customer feedback. He wasn’t just tweaking features, he was borderline obsessed with making it perfect, with delivering the best experience possible.
Watching that made me think: Wow… this is why people succeed at that level.
It wasn’t just vision. It was alignment + an almost ruthless dedication to product quality.
And here’s why it matters:
  • A great product spreads naturally.
  • More importantly, it builds your confidence.
When I’m on a sales call and see someone doubting whether to spend their savings, I genuinely want them to say yes. Not for me, for their future self. Because I believe in the product.
That confidence is what convinces them. That energy makes or breaks the deal.
Product alignment isn’t just strategy. It’s energy. It’s belief. And it’s the foundation.
I am running a few minutes late; my previous meeting is running over.
𝟐. 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧
Product creates confidence. Sales is how you transfer that confidence into results.
For me, sales is easy, I’ve done 10,000+ conversations. It’s second nature.
Bruce Lee once said:
“I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.”
That’s sales. Reps, conviction, mastery.
But here’s the thing, we’re always selling.
  • Job interview? You’re selling.
  • Convincing your wife where to eat? You’re selling.
  • Sharing excitement about a product? Selling.
  • Teaching your kids table manners? Still selling.
  • Even solving an argument with your spouse? Yep, that’s sales too.
Now, why are these things sales?
Because at its core, sales is nothing more than the transmission of energy.
It’s not about tricks, or scripts, or pushing people. It’s about moving the energy you feel, your certainty, your conviction, your excitement, into someone else.
That’s why it’s one of the most valuable skills you can have.
Because whether it’s business, family, or life, your ability to transfer energy determines how effectively people move with you.
And in business, this skill can change everything.
Now even if you have a great product and you know how to do sales, this wouldn't be possible without the last step…
𝟑. 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝
Think about it: ultimately, business is a numbers game.
If you send 10,000 people to a page that converts, let’s say your about page, a percentage will buy. That conversion depends on your price point, copy, VSL, etc.
But all of it starts with one thing: traffic. An audience.
Now, Skool is huge here because it provides traffic for free, which is amazing. But even then, I believe it’s critical to generate your own demand.
That’s where your personal brand comes in.
For me, writing is the foundation. These pieces can turn into a newsletter, YouTube videos, or posts that attract potential customers directly to me. I’ve seen others here do it well - , , , they share their lives, their insights, their experiences. And people gravitate toward them.
Because attention is the new oil.
Creating valuable content isn’t just about views. It’s one of the highest leverage things we can do as creators:
  • It brings in demand.
  • It clarifies our own thoughts.
  • It forces us to articulate our systems, insights, and processes.
And the truth is: the best way to learn is by teaching. Every time you create content, you’re actually teaching yourself while teaching others. That’s powerful.
I’ve been writing daily for 5 years, publishing articles for 3. But my last real article? September 11, 2024.
Why?
The Skool Games. I went all-in with , and I stopped writing. I was only managing, only doing sales calls. That month I made $20K+, my best month ever.
And I felt safe. I thought, “This is what moves the boat. This is what makes me money.”
And it did, at that time
But...
It was temporary money. And it made me dependent.
Because if we don’t create demand, if we don’t create content, we’ll never truly be creators.
That’s what I believe we are. Creators.
We can breathe vision into reality.
But only if we choose to, and take small steps toward that vision, day by day.
The danger is comfort.
When you’re earning $8–20K/month, everything’s covered. You don’t worry about bills. You can do anything you want. And that comfort makes you stop pushing.
Looking back, especially in those moments, I would’ve kept writing. Kept creating. Kept building demand.
Because your personal brand isn’t just marketing. It’s how you keep momentum. It’s how you share your journey. It’s how you create your future self in public.
And today, I’m excited again, because I know there’s so much to share from my end. We all have limitless potential inside us. It’s just a matter of staying in balance with these 3 keys.
So here I am again, writing, creating, documenting.
This is a new phase in my journey. One with more attention, more dedication, and more structure.
And I want to invite you to do the same.
Set aside your mornings to create something meaningful. Write. Post. Document.
Not for likes. Not for views.
But to get closer to the creator you are meant to be.
Because it will change your life.
