I am sorry 💔
I need to say something that’s been sitting heavy on my heart. I am sorry that I haven’t been here for you the way you deserved. Not with the consistency. Not with the value. Not with the leadership I expect from myself. And I’m not going to hide it. Yes, there were wins. @Nathan Lewis pulling $15K in a week. @Irah Morffi hitting 20K. @Carolien Kuyper doubling her price. @Elfina Luk closing her first sale. Beautiful results. I’m proud of them. And I’m proud of you. But the truth? It wasn’t the standard I wanted for this community. Not the level of support. Not the level of clarity. Not the level of results I know you’re capable of. I felt it every day. I felt the gap. And it hurt, because I care too much to pretend otherwise. The real reason I went quiet? I couldn’t get people to the level I knew they deserved… at least not alone. Not with the systems I had. Not with the support structure I was running. And I refuse to give you “almost.” So I’ve been searching, not for more tactics, but for a better path. A structure that actually delivers the level of transformation I promise. And then I found Synthesizer Scaling. I saw results so undeniable I had to sit with my ego for a moment. They weren’t just good. They were on another planet. @Raymond Peralta for example who spent 18K on courses that went nowhere, made his first $2K sale in 2 weeks. @Aidan Crotinger, stuck at 10K MRR for months, made $47.8K in 1 week. That’s the level of results I want for you. That’s the level of clarity you deserve. That’s the level of transformation I’ve always wanted to deliver, but couldn’t... Until Now. So this isn’t a pitch. This is a promise. I’m done trying to do everything alone. I’m done giving you “good” when you deserve “exceptional.” I’m done pretending I can build this community to its full potential without the right structure behind it.
I am sorry 💔
You’re Not Broken. Your Model Is 🧩
You help everyone…except yourself. I know this because I lived it. I remember coming home late at night, burned out, stressed, and empty. My girlfriend at the time looked at me with worried eyes. She could feel how hard I was trying and how little was working. My bank account getting lower every day. My energy feeling empty. My frustration growing so much I felt it in my chest. And the hardest part… I didn’t want to cry. I wanted to be strong. I wanted to provide. I wanted to be “the man.” But inside I was breaking. I remember lying on the bed, staring at the ceiling, whispering to myself: “What’s wrong with me? Why can I help so many people… but I can’t help myself?” That moment broke me more than I expected. But now I know the truth. Nothing was wrong with me. My model was. Most educational creators are over givers. You give in your content. You give in your delivery. You give in your heart every single day. But what do you receive? Stress. Confusion. Feeling stuck. Feeling like you’re running as fast as you can but not moving forward at all. Like a hamster wheel you never meant to build. And here is the painful truth: You didn’t leave the 9 to 5 hamster wheel just to build another one. You left because you are exceptional. You left because you care. You left because you have something real inside you. But even the smartest person sinks if the boat they’re rowing is broken. You don’t fail because you lack skill. You fail because you are misaligned. You are running a model that drains you instead of supporting you. You were never the problem. Your structure is. Now ask yourself: Are you going to keep giving everything without receiving the same back? Or are you ready to build a business that finally gives back to you? Because until you make that decision, nothing changes. Stay Limitless, P.S. If you want me to look at your model with you and see where the misalignment is, comment MODEL and I’ll personally review it for you.

5 months ago, I helped a Skool Creator scale past $250K/mo. And I made $18,248.72 that month alone! I started thinking I had it all figured out… After all, I’d already helped over 100 people on Skool, sold $800K+, etc right? So the next month I went solo… And immediately dropped to $3K/mo. Month. After. Month. The worst part? I couldn’t figure out WHY I was grinding 12 hours a day… And coming home late at night to my girlfriend with 0 energy left. After 3 months of barely scraping by, I couldn’t take it anymore. That night, I sat at my desk, completely done with my own excuses. And I asked myself: “What’s the 1 thing I need to do to hit $20K this month?” Then it hit me like lightning… → “I cannot do this alone.” I mean, I could… but it would take MUCH longer. And then this post from @Aidan LaBreche slapped me in the face. Synthesizer Scaling. They listed ALL the results from their clients: Their first cohort made $3M+ collectively: (Results here) - 12+ people did $100k+ launches - 33+ people hit $10k/months - 54+ people made their 1st $1k online Honestly I couldn’t believe it at first, so MANY results, from those few people? And the crazy part? It wasn't just good numbers but the WHY behind them. You could feel the energy… everybody winning together! You know what they say: If you can't beat them, join them So that's what I did.. I joined their team and honestly, it’s everything I’d been dreaming of creating myself. The culture. The transparency. The community. A bigger cause, to change the world & Make beautiful money because of it! And just like that, everything started to change. $3K… $8K… $5K… All in a single week!! The money came back, but more importantly, I started making Impact again. And I know that if I’d had the right support from day 1…

From $99/month → $4,800 in 8 weeks (without changing the offer)
One of my clients made this jump in only 2 months. The crazy part? We barely changed the offer itself. Here are the 3 key moves we made (and how you can use them to raise your own prices on Skool): 1. Sell Yearly Only (through calls) They stopped selling $99/month through the Skool “about page.” Instead → sales calls only. Why? On a call you can: - Qualify if it’s a good fit - Build trust & show the value - Close at higher prices (we went to $999/year first) This is one of my favorite ways to work only with the right people and make more money fast. 2. Increase prices step by step We didn’t jump straight to $4,800. It went like this: $999 → $1,999 → $2,800 → $4,800. That step-by-step approach: - Builds your confidence in charging more - Lets you find the sweet spot for your offer - Quick trick: if your close rate is above 40% → it’s time to raise your price. 3. Add a killer guarantee When we first hit $4,800, my close rate dropped from 54% to 0% (5 calls in a row). Why? Prospects were scared: “What if it doesn’t work for me?” So we added a guarantee: 👉 “We’ll keep working with you until you hit the result you want.” Next 3 calls? Closed all 3. At $4,800. Best part → if someone doesn’t get results after a year, they almost never renew anyway. Keeping them in your community costs almost nothing, but the guarantee makes your offer a no-brainer. Pros of this model: - Fewer clients needed to hit your goals - No churn (annuals stick) - More serious clients who commit longer - Most success stories already came from annual buyers Cons of this model: – Dependent on calls (not automated sales) – Eventually need a sales team once you cross $50k/month – Requires learning sales (though with a basic framework, founders can still close at solid rates early on) This is the fastest way I know to scale Skool communities. Charge more. Sell annual. Add a strong guarantee. 👉 Question for you: Would you rather sell low-ticket monthly to 100 people… or high-ticket annual to 10?

Whenever I Feel Lost, I Do This (It Makes Me More Money)
In business, it’s easy to get lost. Honestly, I’ve felt lost myself, just hustling, grinding, trying to make it all work. The thing is, running your own business comes with way more complications than you expect. So whenever I feel like I’m off track, I do this: The One Day Reset. It’s super simple, but it realigns me in one day and always brings me back into flow. Here’s what it looks like: 1. Writing Yeah, sounds boring. But writing and reflecting is the fastest way I’ve found to see what’s working, what’s not, and where to go next. It clears my head and shows me things I’d normally miss. 2. Microdosing This one’s not for everyone, but for me it really works. I use truffles (psilocybin). It resets my nervous system, opens me up, and lets me see things from new angles. Combined with writing, it’s insanely creative. 3. Zero Input Moments This is the key. Without it, the other two don’t work. No notifications. No calls. No meetings. Just me and my thoughts. The truth is, I was spending 12+ hours a day in front of screens (work + phone). At that point, you don’t even see the real world anymore. That’s why I loved doing Matthew's Screen Time Challenge, it made me way more aware of this and helped me cut back. And when I combine all three? That’s when the magic happens. Last time I did a Reset, I went from closing at 10%… to 50%. Not by pushing harder, but by stepping back, realigning, and flowing again. As founders, our creativity is literally the lifeblood of the business. It’s what lets us attract clients, create better products, and actually enjoy what we’re building. So that’s my One Day Reset. What about you? When you feel stuck or lost, how do you reset? Stay Limitless, Avatar Daan P.S. Curious how I get my closing rate from 10% to 50%? --> Tomorrow at 17:00 CET we're going LIVE, and I'll share exactly what I changed! ;)
