Ever have moments where you know what you “should” do, but you’re not doing it?
We all do this, and it’s okay. As long as we reflect on it, we can grow.
I’ve started tracking all the commitments and habits I didn’t follow through on by marking them in red. This makes it easier to review my week and understand where and when I failed to keep my commitments.
For example, I didn’t post for three days. Why? Because I woke up late on Thursday, which threw off my writing schedule. I missed going to the gym and neglected my evening routine for three days.
The results?
• No posts
• Lower closing percentage
• Less healthy
This shows that when I follow the flow I’ve set up—my routines and habits—I am happier and more productive. So, all I need to do now is stick to this plan and track my adherence to it!
