Since my last post, 'Am I Fat?' I haven't been 'happy' because I didn't see enough progress. I always tell people, if you want to know the secret to happiness, I can give it to you in one word: progress ~ Tony Robbins. After doing some deep searching, I realised that it's because I am too comfortable. So I made a life-changing decision to step out of it. I've learned that when we don't see the results we want, it's usually a sign that something is holding us back or keeping us stuck. Sometimes we need others to point that out, as my brothers did during the last BBQ. I didn't realise what it was at the time, but even looking back, we most of the time do know. We just don't wanna see it... It's called the Path of Most Resistance. Doing what seems impossible. The truth is, on the other side, when you keep doing that, there is someone waiting for you.
