Social Compression
Under Clarity is Social Compression. I have found the best way to do this, for myself is, to put my phone on do not disturb during the day, and choosing only two to three times a day to check for messages. I am able to focus on work without the constant notifications chime going off. What are some ways that you guys find working the metrics into your life that makes sense to you?
Evening Notes
I like the Morning notes, it gives me the chance to think about my attitude towards the beginning of the day. I think it would be cool to have a Evening notes section as well. Most of the time my attitude towards the day has changed quite a bit by the end of the day. It would be interesting, to be able to compare the morning mindset to the evening mindset and why it changed.

I noticed some you sharing bits of your stories and I absolutely love reading those! Thought itโ€™d be cool to have one place where we can all get to know each other๐Ÿ™Œ Hereโ€™s a simple format you can follow (but feel free to freestyle if you want): Hey, I'm from _____________. My main interests include _________, __________. (plus would love to hear your background with Notion and goals with LifeOS!)

HRV defined
HRV stands for Heart Rate Variability. Itโ€™s a physiological measure of the tiny differences in time between each heartbeat โ€” also called R-R intervals (the time between successive R-waves on an ECG). Without any tech at all You canโ€™t really measure HRV by hand, because it requires millisecond-level timing between beats. At most, you can take your resting pulse manually (count beats per minute), but that gives only heart rate โ€” not variability. Seems like an "edge" metric at most.

I just thought this was funny... the month I take on this awesome system is when I feel the most disorganised LOL I've got a rollercoaster, a dumpster fire, a "who even am I?", a ghost town, and this week was a train wreck. I also missed a week which happened to influence said train wreck ๐Ÿคฃ Even though I am getting to Sunday, looking back at the week and going "I so could've done better," I'm still able to have a laugh with the images. It's a nice final touch with a bit of humour in there ๐Ÿซ  Also, not entirely sure what's been going on with my mastery scores.. think I've messed with them too much ๐Ÿ˜…
