What's Your Superpower?

Hello all! I hope that this message finds everyone in great spirits. as a spiritual coach. I have been able to identify my superpower as Intuitive empath. In the spirituality niche, we have to be able to listen to not only our logic but also every other piece of energy that we receive from "source". I'm what's called a Sigma Empath. This helps me to feel the emotions of others and transform negative energy into an energy that allows healing to take place. This is also why I'm such a big hugger. It's so disappointing that unconditional love is something that some will go through their entire lives and never get to feel. A hug has the power to break through those invisible walls of emotion people have erected around themselves. And if that heart to heart is given with the intention to heal and raise that person's heart frequency, then you will most likely witness the power of unconditional love as that person lets the energy of light in. Just make sure that you understand that this is also an energy exchange. You never know exactly what you're going to get, so protect yourself. (One time I took strep). The next time you have the urge to hug someone, do it! Obviously, ask them first, but It could save a life.

If you're a skeptic, here's a way to test the energy exchange in a hug. Hug children, adults and the elderly.
