As I sit and do some reflection, I just want to remind everybody that mindset is probably the most important aspect of coaching and self. awareness. The key to manifestation and creating your reality is to reprogram the subconscious mind. and the easiest way to do that is by confusing it and forcing it to change the frequency of what you put out into the universe so that you can attract your goals, dreams, abundance, and wealth. in order to do that All we have to do is live with the emotion and energy of our end result. Don't speak in terms of if or when. Openly thank the universe for bringing your wealth and abundance to you. If the subconscious mind realizes that you're doing this, it says, Ohh, we're rich. That energy is what you attract. The role of the subconscious mind is survival, but that means the survival of things that the subconscious mind knows that you have already survived. This means stepping out of your comfort zone is not an option. Therefore, the subconscious must think that you are already what you want to be so that energy comes to you. We can fast-track abundance in our lives by showing gratitude and practicing mindfulness.

Hello all! I hope that this message finds everyone in great spirits. as a spiritual coach. I have been able to identify my superpower as Intuitive empath. In the spirituality niche, we have to be able to listen to not only our logic but also every other piece of energy that we receive from "source". I'm what's called a Sigma Empath. This helps me to feel the emotions of others and transform negative energy into an energy that allows healing to take place. This is also why I'm such a big hugger. It's so disappointing that unconditional love is something that some will go through their entire lives and never get to feel. A hug has the power to break through those invisible walls of emotion people have erected around themselves. And if that heart to heart is given with the intention to heal and raise that person's heart frequency, then you will most likely witness the power of unconditional love as that person lets the energy of light in. Just make sure that you understand that this is also an energy exchange. You never know exactly what you're going to get, so protect yourself. (One time I took strep). The next time you have the urge to hug someone, do it! Obviously, ask them first, but It could save a life. If you're a skeptic, here's a way to test the energy exchange in a hug. Hug children, adults and the elderly. So, what's your niche and Superpower?
