The things your clients carry
One of the things I hear most often from clients is this...
“I’ve been carrying this my whole life.”
The resentment toward an ex.
The anger at a parent.
The hurt from something that happened years ago that still shapes how they react today.
It shows up in how they shut down.
In the relationships they choose.
In the patterns they keep repeating over and over again.
And most of the time, they think something is wrong with them.
But the issue usually isn’t weakness.
It’s that nobody ever showed them how to actually let it go.
Not just talk about it.
Not just manage it.
Not just cope with it.
Actually release it.
That’s what Thursday’s live session was about.
Someone like Dianne carried resentment for years through an abusive relationship, a painful divorce, and the long process of rebuilding herself afterward.
She went through the work.
She forgave herself.
She healed relationships with her family.
And she reconnected with who she truly was underneath all the pain.
Afterward, she said, “This is the first time in my life I actually feel happy and free from it all.”
That’s the kind of transformation your clients are searching for.
If you want to learn the process and see exactly how this work unfolds, the replay is still available for a limited time.
Happy Saturday!
