Who has actually gone through and read/listened to Spiral dynamics by Don Beck?

It was a part of an NLP training I took years ago and I'm just now listening to the audiobook of the firs time. it's incredible and explains so much.

A take away I have gotten so far is how couple and just about any client you have could be speaking one language and you another.. Knowing their language, how they think and were their motivates are stemming from as well as diving into their beef systems..etc makes this a tool you wouldn't want to be without once you know about it.
