Pain
We can choose to hold onto it or to let it go. It’s all about perspective and a decision to not live in survival mode anymore:
Here’s a story so there’s a snake and he was traveling along, and he slithered right across the blade of a saw. That made him angry, very angry because it was painful. He got so mad.! so the snake wrapped itself around the entire blade and squeezed. Then he got even more mad because it hurt so much. He just couldn’t believe that this was happening so he squeezed a little harder so much so that his entire body was wrapped completely around every blade of the saw and he got even more mad and he started bleeding profusely because by this time he was committed to being so mad and so hurt………. And all he had to do was let go. Our past trauma, and the things that we hold onto are similar to this it’s all about a choice and choosing a different perspective and changing your beliefs. Is it true? How can it be true? So when you get mad and you wanna hold onto something think about the snake, maybe you’ll change your mind.?
Have a good day!!
