Seeing Yourself Clearly: A Simple Habit That Changes Patterns
I’ve been thinking about habits lately. Especially the ones we want to let go of. One thing that has helped me more than expected is something very simple: writing things down. Since the end of 2022, I’ve been keeping a journal. Not in a strict or “perfect” way. Just consistently. At first, it was mainly about gratitude. Things that went well. Moments I appreciated. Over time, I adjusted it. Now I also write down the things that didn’t go well. Thoughts that felt off. Situations I didn’t handle the way I wanted. Not to judge, just to make them visible. There’s something about putting it on paper, by hand, with a good pen…It slows things down. Makes it more real. And every now and then, I go back and read old entries. 2, 3, sometimes 4 years ago. It’s interesting to see: What mattered back then. What felt big. What changed, and what didn’t. For me, it became less about “tracking”and more about understanding patterns. And maybe that’s where change actually starts. Curious - does anyone else do something similar?

50 days in this space.
And a lot has shifted. First of all: The people here. The exchange, the perspectives, the openness.I genuinely appreciate the international mix. Different backgrounds, different stories, but a shared intention: to move forward and, in some way, make an impact. And that path seems to start in the same place for all of us - with ourselves. I’ll say it again: the quality of people in this group is remarkable. It would be great to see more of you in a live online setting at some point. On my side, things have become clearer. My direction. What I want to build with coaching.Who I want to work with. How I want to shape the business. I’ve started a few courses (coaching, NLP), have an event coming up, and continue my coaching work — mostly in German for now, which helps me go deeper. This will go until September, so some time inbetween to grow further. What I notice most is the shift in how I think. Not that I felt “small” before, but there’s a different level of clarity and confidence emerging. I’m starting to really value the process itself. Curious where this will lead. And glad we’re all moving along this path in parallel.

~55 days in this space (I honestly lost count somewhere along the way). And one thing is clear: this has become part of my daily rhythm. The exchange here, almost every day, does somethin. New perspectives, new thoughts, small shifts. So first of all: Thank you. Really. Not just for the content, but for the people. Different backgrounds, different stories, but a shared intention to move forward and create something meaningful. And it always seems to start in the same place: with ourselves. On my side, things keep getting clearer.Direction.What I want to build with coaching. Who I want to work with. How I want to shape it. Curious where this will lead. And grateful we’re walking parts of this path together.
