This was a hard won lesson for me.

You see…
You can be the best coach in the world…
You can do all the right things to get clients…
And you can even have a huge audience and tons of engagement…
BUT…
If you get your OFFER wrong…
None of it will matter.
Getting clients will always feel like banging your head against a wall:
Ouch!
Here’s why:
Without knowing how to structure the offer you're making to potential coaching clients…
They won’t see the value in paying you $1,500, 3k or even 5k+ for a 90 day program.
On the other hand…
When you make the right offer, to the right person, at the right time?
And you show them a new and exciting WAY OUT of a problem they’re FED UP with?
Then it doesn’t matter if they’ve only just found out about you, or what credentials or experience you have...
They’ll bite your hand off for it!
And they won’t haggle over the price, ghost you, or tell you they “need to think about it”.
Which is why…
I’m going to do a deep dive into The Structure Of Your Offer during Day 2 of next week’s Challenge.
Including helping you to nail down:
- How your clients are actually going to get to the outcome
- What is the offer?
- What's the service?
- What's the delivery?
- What's the process of actually getting there?
Because if you don’t get this clear and positioned as high value…?
They won't pay.
You won’t want to miss this…
I normally keep this stuff private just for paying clients.
And this is a one-off Challenge since I’m in a festive mood :-)
