Mine start with a combination of meditation, exercise and objective setting.
I love that my mind wanders less if I've meditated first thing.
When I've set objectives I find myself less distracted and get into focus mode much quicker.
Exercise warms me up as the mornings start to get chillier and help me get a better night sleep.
