➡️ ➡️ ➡️ Please review module 3 (Transformational Coaching, solid session structure, coaching module DBRC, With emphasis on the "BREAKING" pillar) and complete as much as you can from the tasks. Suggested meeting structure is to review, discuss, share, and understand the concepts of the module. Commit to complete the tasks by the next meeting of the week. Feedback, share and discuss any topic that is covered in this module, and adjourn. Second meeting structure is to follow up and account for the completed tasks. Good luck❗ 🙏

@Ben R thanks for sorting this Ben. I'd be keen to go for the 4PM weekdays and days...Mon and Thurs work are best but open to being flexible if this doesn't work for some

Upgrade your IT....or something else?
Community peeps....can I ask for your advice? I'm defining my Point A-B and unsure of which phrase would work better for my client group. I work with small and medium enterprises to upgrade their IT systems. In the past, I've done audio/video conferencing, Office 365, helpdesk tools, patient onboarding etc etc. Can you help me decide which of these phrases sounds better as a desired "outcome"? Thanks for your help

@Sarah Clayton That's really helpful thank you Sarah. I wanted to steer away from the IT jargon which I have not done so thanks for pointing that out. It's easy to think you're being clear when there's more clarity to be extracted. Appreciate your input 👌🏾

Currently reading Michelle Obama, the light we carry. One of the very few non-business books I have but I love her work and am listening to the podcast too.

@Steve Allen I'd be interested to know how you get on with this. Keep us posted please
How do you like to unwind?
I love A LOT of things and I wish I had 40 hrs a day to do all the things I love and more! Here are a few, there’s more but there are so many things I just don’t have time to invest right now 😂 (in no particular order): - Drawing - Playing the drums/ Jamming/ gigging/ recording - Running, football, gym, yoga, walking - Reading/ audiobooks - Travelling to different cultures - Food 😋 - Spending time with family & friends - Spending time by myself - Coaching, mentoring - Learning new things - Compounding existing learning - Tidying up, organising living space - Shopping (‘retail therapy’ sometimes….) - Video games (I love them, but I can’t touch this until retirement 😂) - Being outside

@Isabelle Kirsch Nothing dorky about puzzles. I used to love settling down with a sudoku and even had a countdown puzzle book back in the day.
