learning from nature: Expert Coach addresses "dormancy"

Hi everyone,

I love using nature within my work. I've likened beginning these Expert Coach modules to addressing the dormancy of my potential. Seeds are ready to germinate once their seedcoat has been penetrated and dormancy overcome....although it is now an Authentically Autumn day here in Australia and I'm literally donning warmer clothes, I'm figuratively casting aside my "Dormancy Jacket" and letting and busting out into some serious new territory! Does anyone else relate to this?
