@Lady Stiletto ooh that sounds exciting!
The difference between coach and director?
Hi everyone, A quote that is sticking with me atm: "People don't resist change, they resist being changed" (Peter Senge?) I've found this to be true of some individuals that expressed desire to change then witnessed same person slamming the brakes on their own self-growth....how do we ensure the coachee knows they are in charge to circumvent the "don't tell me what to do" thermostat towards the coach (which is a massive redirect of energy)

@Tim Johansen I love this! A little resistance gives us something to grip onto right?
learning from nature: Expert Coach addresses "dormancy"
Hi everyone, I love using nature within my work. I've likened beginning these Expert Coach modules to addressing the dormancy of my potential. Seeds are ready to germinate once their seedcoat has been penetrated and dormancy overcome....although it is now an Authentically Autumn day here in Australia and I'm literally donning warmer clothes, I'm figuratively casting aside my "Dormancy Jacket" and letting and busting out into some serious new territory! Does anyone else relate to this?

@Alexandra Corless I agree! when we start growing in one area, we overcome other forms of dormancy for the other seeds within us
Notebook when you begin!
I strongly suggest getting a new notebook or folder for this life changing course! I tried using notes and typing, but it just isn’t the same:) Even though it is online and gamified, the real Work is wiring it into our brain and using pen and paper really do that! But having a special, new, blank, dedicated notebook, I feel like I am creating, writing, drawing my new ME! Thoughts, beliefs, tools, notes, Doodles of change, all in one place!

Great idea! I am going back to the beginning and using a notebook now!
Where to begin
At the beginning is always a good place... But what if you are unsure of where the beginning is or was? What happens when you stumble into something you enjoy so much that it changes your whole perception of who you are or can be? Did it begin at the stumble, the realisation of the stumble and change in direction or everything that led up to the stumble. Life is indeed a beautiful, and as of yet unfinished jigsaw puzzle. The musings of a night owl.

my previous life involved performing "Safety Assessments" of individuals lives to measure risk of regression.....I love the idea of you doing similar with the sacred domains: if you chart those (by performing some retrospective assessments) you might be able to pinpoint where you WANT to put the BEGINNING title for yourself?
