I've journaled of and on during my life and I just "did it my way". I should have known there were methods for doing it better. Oh well.
To the point, I ran across the ABCD method reflective journaling (The Thought Record) while looking into CBT. A version you easily relate to and use in your coaching. I've attached a PDF version to this post.
