Is it ok to talk about it?
Last week, we spent three days together at the New Year, New You workshop. And once again, something really interesting showed up. We talked about habits. Identity. Patterns. Why change feels hard… even when you really want it. And no matter what the topic was, be it health, confidence, productivity, relationships… one thing kept sitting quietly in the background. Money. Not in the “how to make more of it” sense. But in the way people think about it. Because here’s what I’ve learned after years of doing this workshop… What you believe about money quietly shapes your decisions. Your habits. Your stress levels. Your confidence. And even what you think is “possible” for you. Most people don’t realise this. They think they have a motivation problem. Or a discipline problem. Or a consistency problem. When in reality… They have a mindset pattern they’ve never been taught to question. And just like habits, these patterns are learned. And the good news about that it that it means they can be changed. Now, let me be clear. I’m not talking about becoming obsessed with money. Or chasing flashy success. Or pretending mindset alone pays the bills. I’m talking about understanding the relationship you have with money and whether it’s helping you move forward… or quietly holding you back. Because what I saw last week was this… The moment people became aware of their patterns, real change started happening. And that same awareness applies just as powerfully to money. Over the next day or so, I want to explore this with you a little more. No pressure. No hype. Just insights that can help you think differently and make better decisions going into the rest of this year. So keep an eye on your inbox. We’re just getting started.
