Is Their Secret Sauce To Getting Clients?
The truth is…
Today in the online space,
if you do not have a specific way to get clients?
Your coaching/consultancy business will FAIL.
Building an online business has never been harder because
there is so much content online selling you different approaches.
Most of these approaches are sold to you by people
who have very little experience in the industry
and only have a business by helping you have a business.
Which is like the time when there was a gold rush in 1849.
The people who made the most money
were not the people digging for the gold
but the people who were selling the spades.
The online space is filled with "Spade Sellers"
who have no idea how to build a real sustainable business.
They have been in business for a microsecond
, and will sell you anything and everything based on no real market data,
very few years of experience, and with a completely biassed agenda…
…so that you fork out your money to buy their stuff.
For example:
We kick out 4/5 per day who join the Expert Coach Community
and immediately spam it with their "Getting Clients Strategy."
I'll be honest…
It gets very tiring and at times
makes me want to step completely away from the "Marketing, get clients space"
...Because it is filled with so much conflicted information
that I want no part of it.
We could just focus on our coaching-skills offer,
our mindset offers, and our top-end service
and my life would be a lot easier.
Our business would be simpler.
I also notice because of so much conflict
within online information
people's expectations for success
are massively misguided and delusional.
Most want to market for 3 days and then make 700 million
for their efforts.
Again, because of this,
I also want to step away.
I never started my coaching business to make money…
It was never my focus.
It was a by-product of becoming a great coach.
Over the years,
other coaches and consultants
would ask me how I got clients.
I was very reluctant to share how I was doing it
because of all the above.
However, in time I realised
if I didn't help people get clients,
I was also letting them down
by allowing them to go through a harder route
when it didn't need to be that way.
Getting clients is not hard today
when you know what you are doing.
The problem, most are overwhelmed
and have no idea and give up far too easily.
Building a business will take time.
It will take patience.
It will take pushing out of your comfort zone.
The problem again though
is that I come from a background of building real businesses.
So, I know how hard a real business is to grow.
For example:
I had a restaurant business which
I started with an investment of 250k.
It took 6 years to break even,
and every time we tried to scale,
we would have to find more and more money to invest in it.
Each time we got a new branch,
we reduced our profit margin,
which meant it took even longer to pay back
and every new location came with heaps of problems.
It was a never-ending problem.
I also had a hair salon that I bought…
When people ask how are you so patient,
that salon came with 26 female employees,
and I knew nothing about how to run a hair salon or cut hair!
For 5 years of my life, the business made no money,
and I fought to keep the lights on.
I don't have the time here to list all the failures
that strengthened my ability to smash an online business.
My point is, I promise you, building an online business
can be really easy today.
You do not need to make it difficult i
f you listen and copy someone who actually knows
what they are doing, and you do not give up.
Soon we will be one of the largest
communities for accredited coaches
quite simply because I gave you a great offer
