Intro
Hi guys, my name is Des. I've been teaching and doing workshops with adults in health and social care for thirty years in the UK.
Coaching has always been a passion, but it's not actually how I earn money.
A long time ago I used to do some crazy stuff windsurfing!
I live in West Wales and I'm looking forward to going through the programme!
