Upon waking, I let my fur daughters (3 German Sheppards) out for morning business. I step out, onto the grass, barefoot, and begin my warmup movements and breathing. This is the way to reconnect to the earth's energy, the circadian rhythm, and get your mind & body waking up. 10 to 15 minutes; if you're not doing this, try it out. Let me know your results.
